| WOW! What a cool and unusual little '32 Rod
roadster with everyone seeming to cut corners and go for the 350, it's a
breath of fresh air to see someone go back to old school ways with the
348 big block tri power with 4 speed( mega expensive but way cool!) and
the classic '50s styling. This little Rod screams class from one end to
the other it's now 80% finished and all the hard work and major expenses
have already been spent and you now have the chance to finish it in the
color of your choice and do the interior to your own personal liking,
there is over $20,000 spent so far - this is not your usual poor quality
'plastic pig' this is built on a superb TCI frame with a heavy duty
glass body, when you shut the doors on this car they go 'clunk' just
like a steel bodied car. Once finished this is going to give you years
of faithful service and command a high price. Here are some highlights;
All new or reconditioned parts
Beautiful 348 stock tri power engine (runs well on hot wiring)
Superb 4 speed transmission
Beautifully detailed underneath
Vega steering box
Hidden alternator
All new brakes - never had brake fluid in them yet
New radiator
New fuel pump
Restored original manifolds
New gas tank - never had gas in it
Beautiful custom made seat
Flow master exhaust system
32 spring split wishbone
Straight axle 2" drop
46 Ford pick up rear end
Tri power
New gauges in boxes ready for installation
(one of the bezels will need to be repainted as the sun had faded it
slightly)
Buggy spring
High quality heavy duty glass body
Beautiful V8 steering wheel
Beautiful windshield surround with new glass
Beautiful teak(?) and chrome bows with new soft top
(top is a little dirty from sitting around in garage but should clean up
fine)
Clear open 1932 roadster title so when it's finished you won't have all
the issues of emissions and inspections that you would have with a newly
assembled car
What it still needs to finish the car;
Set of tires
Wiring loom
Gauges fitted into dash
Interior door cards and carpet
Plumbing
Tune up,set up and final road test
Painting to the color of your choice
Odds and ends
Obviously this is going to be a very desirable and high dollar old
skool hi boy roadster when finished, I am expecting this car to make a
pretty penny and it deserves to. I would guess that if you did the
remainder of the work yourself which most people would, there is less
than $2,000 left to finish it. Ask Mark (Florida) $18,999 MAY TRADE!
